Established in 1993, Landmark Structures Corporation is a full service, open shop, Commercial General Contractor and Construction Management Company.

Our focus is to provide high quality construction services at competitive prices for our clients while developing long-term relationships. Our company is fully licensed, insured and bondable.

The Landmark team is comprised of our Pre-Construction Services Department, Construction Project Management, Field Supervisors and specialty trade craftsmen.  Our management team will interact with the Owner, Architect, and Engineers to solve complex problems and provide solutions. Our staff comes from a variety of backgrounds and has extensive experience in construction means and methods for all types of projects from new construction to gut renovations, adaptive reuse, occupied rehabs and structural renovation.
