Established in 1993, Landmark Structures Corporation is a full service open shop General Contractor and Construction Management Company.

Our focus is to provide high quality construction services at competitive prices for all of our clients while earning our clients respect and developing long-term relationships. Our company is fully licensed, insured and bondable.

Pre-Construction Services
Landmark’s pre-construction services give our customers the best possible start to their projects … where visions, concepts and designs become reality.
  • Preliminary budget estimating & subcontractor bidding
  • Construction management proposals
We determine how the project will be delivered using our understanding of the entire development and construction process. Working hand-in-hand with developers, architects and owners through the concept or feasibility stages, we provide budget estimates, strategic planning, risk assesment, value engineering, and programming services.

We consider the key logistics issues for the project, the most appropriate phasing of work, design management issues, temporary work solutions, and the procurement strategy. In many ways this service is the most value-added stage in the development of the project.

Green Building
Landmark Structures is a member of the non-profit organization United States Green Building Council (USGBC). Being involved with the USGBC is a mutually rewarding experience. The USGBC receives our support and in return we have access to cutting edge information and technology that protects the environment can provide economic benefits and also improve the quality of life and reduce health risks for the building occupants. Landmark Structures presently has 6 LEED Accredited Professionals in leadership roles on our staff. Landmark has recently completed several LEED certified projects including a platinum certification for our Cabot Street Homes project in Beverly, MA.

Value Engineering
Targeting value creation – not simply cost reduction…

Our team will propose options for the owner/architect to consider for providing long-term value throughout construction, to reduce cost without reducing product performance.

Whether the project challenge is large or small, we protect our customer’s interest by giving sound advice to the unique needs of each project and long term value of choices before and throughout construction. Extensive experience and an excellent knowledge of construction means and methods allows us to give our customers the most value for the least expense working within up-to-date building code requirements, the latest engineering technologies along with environmental sustainability.

Design/Build
The design-build project delivery approach integrates the knowledge, creativity, and experience of the design and construction professions from the beginning to the end of a project, building efficient constructability into the design from day one, and typically, getting projects in service much sooner than the traditional design-bid-build project delivery method.

Design-build transforms the architect and engineer's design into the construction phase faster than any other delivery method.

General Contracting And Construction Management
Landmark Structures develops a team approach to General Contracting and Construction Management whereby all contributing parties function as a unified team with a single shared objective. On-going collaboration and communication between owner, architect, engineers and the Landmark project management team ensures that the focus never strays from cost-effective completion — on time, within budget.

Construction Management provides a “fast track” approach to the construction process resulting in an earlier start of construction - often prior to the completion of the design, thus expediting the project completion and producing project cost savings to the owner. As a risk sharing, professional form of contract, construction management offers maximum flexibility for changes to the customer, with minimum cost implications.
